Greet and advise customers and pass them on for subsequent specialist service Looking after customers during waiting times and living the "host role"; Provide telephone information on workshop service issues and assist with the preparation and completion of appointments/orders; Manage gate passes and vehicle approvals as well as accompanying documents and check for completeness and accuracy; Enter and maintain customer and vehicle data in the systems according to specifications; Coordinate pick-up and delivery services in cooperation with the responsible team and service masters and monitor the corresponding deadlines; Further development of our processes towards digitalization. QualifikationenTo be best qualified for the position, you must have
Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (preferably also from the hotel/catering industry) Good knowledge of common MS Office products Mercedes-Benz brand knowledge desirable Foreign language skills helpful Communication skills and experience in personal customer contact as well as enjoyment in dealing with people Ability to organize and work in a team Independent and customer/service-oriented way of working Flexibility and willingness to work shifts to ensure our opening hours Class B driver's license Well-groomed appearanceFor us, it's not just your qualifications that count, you should also be a good fit as a person If reliability, collegiality and customer orientation are just as important to you as they are to us, then we look forward to receiving your application
The position is part-time with hours per week (in shifts within our opening hours) and temporary/indefinite, depending on the entry requirements. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation
