You can look forward to
Evaluation for tax purposes of participations in private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure funds Involvement in the preparation of tax returns in relation to investments Interdisciplinary cooperation with asset managers and other specialist departments within the Group Providing support for tax audits Managing and coordinating external consultants Assisting with the optimisation of domestic and foreign withholding tax charges Providing tax advice on internal restructuring activities within the Group and on matters of Group financing
You come equipped with
Several years of tax experience with a consulting firm, international law firm or group tax department Completed degree in economics/law or qualification in financial management ("Diplom-Finanzwirt:in"), successfully completed examination for tax consultants is an asset Sound knowledge of national and international tax law Ideally, knowledge of investment tax law, reorganisation tax law and tax rules governing controlled foreign corporations Keen to familiarise yourself with new legislation, especially in relation to investments Proficient user skills in German and English Sense of responsibility, individual initiative and flair for solution-driven thinkingDon't meet all the requirements?
