Deine Aufgaben:
Operative Verantwortung des Standortes Steigerung des Umsatze durch Upselling Standortvermarktung und -präsentation gegenüber potenziellen Kunden (Coworking-Konzepte) Aufbau der Geschäftsbeziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden und Partnern Fachliche Führung des Center Teams im Tagesgeschäft Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellen eines erstklassigen Service sowie einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit Organisation/ Koordination von Veranstaltungen und Community Events Bearbeitung der täglichen Kundenanfragen Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, den Lieferanten sowie den internen AbteilungenDein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild Eine organisationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit und absolute Zuverlässigkeit Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke Fachliche und disziplinarische Führungserfahrung (wünschenswert) Idealerweise Akquisitionskenntnisse und Erfahrung im Verkauf (wünschenswert) Verantwortungsbewusstsein und serviceorientiertes Handeln Spaß daran im Team zu arbeitenWir bieten Dir:
