Stellenbeschreibung

Die Division Life Sciences ist für alle Analysemethoden in den Bereichen Lebensmittel, Kosmetika und Pharmazeutika sowie organische Substanzen zuständig. Dazu gehören eine Vielzahl an Messmethoden wie z. B. STA, DSC, Kalorimetrie, TGA, LFA und Rheologie.

Hierbei übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Management von Aktivitäten innerhalb der Division mit direkter Berichtslinie an die internationale Vertriebsleitung
  • Führen eines internationalen Teams zur Steigerung der Marktpräsenz
  • Analyse der Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation im In- und Ausland sowie Identifikation von neuen Kundenpotenzialen für die Division Life Sciences.
  • Erarbeitung von Marktstrategien und deren Umsetzung zusammen mit dem Vertrieb in den lokalen Tochtergesellschaften und Niederlassungen
  • Einführung von innovativen Marketingaktivitäten sowie Betreuung von Messen und Konferenzen weltweit
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung sowie Umsetzung der strategischen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens durch Analyse der Produktpotentiale und Definition der notwendigen Spezifikationen für Produktentwicklungen zur Steigerung des Marktanteils im internationalen Geschäft
  • Einführung von neuen Methoden und innovativen Technologien zur Abrundung des Produktportfolios
  • Budgetverantwortung und Sicherstellung von Umsatz und Ergebniszielen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Natur-, Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Analytik, besonders im Bereich Lebensmittel, Kosmetika und Pharmazeutika bzw. organische Substanzen
  • Eigeninitiative, Ziel- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Marketing
  • Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse der relevanten Absatzmärkte und Verkaufs- bzw. Vertriebsstrukturen im Bereich des Analytikgeschäftes
  • Führungserfahrung, idealerweise mit internationalen Teams
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT- und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Mobilität (aktive Reisezeit ca. 30%)
