Manufacturing Compliance Manager (w/m/d)
Der Standort Singen wird zur globalen Drehscheibe für den neuen Takeda-Impfstoff gegen das Dengue-Fieber, bei dem Sie eine Schlüsselrolle als Schnittstellenfunktion einnehmen. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung von Abweichungsuntersuchungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung und der Qualitätskontrolle sowie zwei weiteren Manufacturing Compliance Managern. Ihnen bietet sich die Möglichkeit, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion innovative Schulungskonzepte für das Dengue-Projekt zu entwickeln.
Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Entwicklung und Einführung eines Trainingskonzepts für biotechnologische und GMP-Themen Analyse von Trainingskennzahlen, Trends und Geschäftsanforderungen zur Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Prozess- und GMP-Richtlinien gemäß behördlichen und Takeda-Vorgaben Implementierung, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Change Controls, Abweichungen, Untersuchungen und CAPAs während Validierungs- und Herstellungsaktivitäten Bewertung und Freigabe der Batch Record Review- und Prozessvalidierungs-Aktivitäten Unterstützung der Technologie – und Prozess Transfers der HerstellprozesseIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Biotechnologie oder Biologie, oder in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufspraxis in einem pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Umfeld Expertise in GMP-konformer Qualitätssicherung für Impfstoffe und Biopharmazeutika Kenntnisse in Säugetierzellkultur und Impfstoffherstellung im Upstream und Downstream Proaktive Herangehensweise und Umsetzung innovativer Lösungen Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftIn dieser Position berichten Sie an den Grouplead Process & Technology DS.
