Stellenbeschreibung

  • Evaluierung und Konzeption von (komplexen) Lösungsdesigns als integraler Bestandteil Deines Arbeitsalltags optimal für die unternehmensindividuellen Bedürfnisse
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce Anforderungen aus den Geschäftsprozessen in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen und Management
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Business Partnern und Technologie Teams zur Definition sowie Implementierung skalierbarer und nachhaltiger Salesforce-Lösungen 
  • Bereichsübergreifende Kommunikation und fachliche Vorgaben für den externen Implementierungspartner
  • Interner Support und Analyse von Störungen und Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen, IT-Betrieb und externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von System-übergreifenden Reporting- und Analytics-Systemen (Salesforce und Non-Salesforce)

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, der Digitalen Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Salesforce und Aufgabenstellungen als Architekt mit entsprechenden Salesforce Zertifizierungen
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich SFI Product Catalog und Order Management von Vorteil 
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Umsetzung komplexer CRM- und ERP-Prozesse in Salesforce sowie Offenheit für die Ergänzung von Salesforce um andere Produkte/Technologien
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung mit Visualforce, Apex, Einstein Analytics
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich API Gateways (e.g. MuleSoft)
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmethoden (Scrum) sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
