We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to design innovative, high-impact learning programs that support our leaders and employees in achieving their full potential. AufgabenHere's how you'll make an impact:
- Design and curate comprehensive learning journeys for leaders and employees, blending various learning methods and technologies
- Facilitate and lead engaging training sessions on various topics esp. Leadership training, utilizing modern tools and platforms to create scalable programs tailored to different employee and business needs.
- Deliver cost-effective interventions that leverage internal expertise while minimizing reliance on external providers.
- Measure the impact of learning initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics, ensuring long-term effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align programs with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by creating opportunities for development at all levels of the organization.
- Develop comprehensive learning measurement strategies that assess knowledge retention, behavior change, and business impact over time.
Your Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ideally trained as a systemic coach with proven experience in Leadership coaching.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure high-impact learning programs across various formats.
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, psychology, and cognitive science, with practical application skills.
- Proficiency with modern learning technologies and platforms.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- A passion for building a learning culture and staying current with L&D trends and best practices.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
