Aufgaben
  • Entwickeln und implementieren einer umfassenden Learning & Development Strategie
  • Planen und bewerten des Schulungsbedarfs und Identifizieren von Wissens- und Kompetenzlücken bei Mitarbeitern
  • Planen, Umsetzen und Verwalten von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen
  • Entwickeln und Durchführen von webbasierten und Vor-Ort-Schulungen oder Beauftragen externer Trainer
  • Technisches und inhaltliches Betreuen und Bewerten interner Schulungen und fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner für Marketingstrategie & Co.
  • Durchführen von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Planen und Verwalten des Lern- und Entwicklungsbudgets
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pädagogik, Psychologie, BWL o.ä. Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie multitasking-Fähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und effektive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Level
