» Your Responsibilities: Ensuring reliable and high-performance database operations both on-premises and in the cloud Optimizing and advancing our database landscape Taking over system and service monitoring, as well as automating standard tasks Providing 2nd and 3rd level support, including troubleshooting, problem and change management Responsible for release and patch management, as well as performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning Implementing backup and recovery strategies, as well as high availability and cluster concepts Collaborating with other (inter)national IT teams and participating in international projects
» Your Profile: Completed studies or professional training with a focus on IT. Practical experience in MS-SQL database administration Knowledge of high availability concepts and backup & recovery Certifications are an advantage Proficient in handling Windows & Linux at the operating system level. Ideally, experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure). Independent, responsible, and service-oriented work approach with strong teamwork skills Effective communication in English. Ideally, also in German.
