Unser Treasury Accounting Team ist für die Kontrolle, Buchhaltung und Erfassung aller Geschäftsvorgänge (Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung) zuständig. Wir lösen laufende Buchhaltungs- und Berichterstattungsprobleme in unseren ERP-Systemen SAP und Microsoft Dynamics in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Abteilungen. Wir übernehmen die Monatsabschlüsse, Finanzberichterstattung und anstehende Audits.
Verantwortungen
Als Treasury Accountant (m/w/d) bist Du für alle Buchhaltungsprozesse der ABOUT YOU Gruppe verantwortlich. Du arbeitest sehr prozessorientiert und hast stets ein Auge auf Optimierungspotenziale. Darüber hinaus scheust Du Dich nicht, Dich auch in anderen Bereichen innerhalb Treasury zu engagieren und Dich beruflich weiterzuentwickeln.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung von KontoauszügenDu stellst sicher, dass Kontenabstimmungen und offene Posten ausgeglichen werden und untersuchst sowie löst gegebenenfalls UnstimmigkeitenDu bearbeitest Bürgschaften und konzerninterne Darlehen sowie Darlehen an verbundene UnternehmenDu erstellst wöchentliche ZahlungsläufeDu bist verantwortlich für den MonatsabschlussDu unterstützt die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach IFRS durch Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen und ErläuterungenDu stellst die korrekte buchhalterische Behandlung von abgeschlossenen FX-Hedges sicherDu bist verantwortlich für die AWV-Meldungen an die Deutsche BundesbankDu nimmst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Einführung des neuen ERP-Systems einDu stehst in ständigem Kontakt mit den internen Teams, wie z.B. der Kreditoren- und DebitorenbuchhaltungDu identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in der Prozessabwicklung und Qualitätssicherung aller BuchhaltungsprozesseDu bist Ansprechpartner für unsere StakeholderQualifikationen
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter oder einen vergleichbaren Hochschulabschluss
Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise im TreasuryDu verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der Finanzsoftware SAP 4 Hana und/oder Microsoft Dynamics 365Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeiten mit Microsoft Tools wie Excel und Power BIIdealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit der Einführung von ERP-SystemenDu verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sprechen fließend Englisch (unerlässlich) und Deutsch (bevorzugt)Benefits
