Research zu Einflüssen von Kultur auf den Unternehmenserfolg Mitwirken beim Ausgestalten der Inhalte und Vorbereiten des unternehmensweiten Kulturtages Weiterentwicklung der internen Social Media Aktivitäten, inklusive Erstellung eigener Artikel und Blogbeiträge Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen kulturprägenden Projekten und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Teilprojekten Analyse und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Kulturveränderung

Du studierst BWL, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Social Media, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befindest dich beispielsweise im Gap Year. Zudem verfügst du über folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

Empathie &Kommunikation: du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, bist offen und kommunikativ Englisch bereitet dir keine Probleme Organisationstalent: du arbeitest strukturiert und organsiert und verstehst komplexe Dinge einfach zu erläutern Kreativität: du siehst das große Ganze und weißt, wie jedes Mosaikstück ins Gesamtbild passt Du bist ein Teamplayer, für den Eigeninitiative kein Fremdwort ist Analytisches Denken: Das Aufbereiten von Daten und Fakten ist dir vertraut und du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit PowerPoint
