den regionalen Markt und Wettbewerb zur Identifikation von neuen Standorten intensiv beobachten zielgerichtet neue Standorte für das Parkraummanagement akquirieren bei Kalkulationen mit detaillierten Markt-, Portfolio- und Standortanalysen mitwirken selbstständig neue Geschäftspartner im Erstkontakt betreuen belastbare Netzwerke und Kontaktpflege zu Kunden und Entscheidungsträgern im Vertriebsgebiet aufbauenDu hast:
fundierte Berufserfahrung im Sales Umfeld und erkennbares Verhandlungsgeschick Selbstdisziplin und bist es gewohnt, Dein Verkaufsgebiet eigenverantwortlich erfolgreich auszubauen Kommunikationsstärke und verhandelst auf allen Ebenen zielgerichtet und abschlussstark idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office) sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse einen Führerschein der Klasse 3/BDu triffst auf:
