We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel Contract Management (gn) for our plant in SCHROBENHAUSEN.

Your tasks:

As LegalCounsel (gn) in Contract Management you will be responsible for the legalsupport of public and private tenders, primarily on the contractor side, with afocus on special civil engineering as well as plant construction with a focuson environmental engineering

Reviewing and negotiating international project and plant construction contracts Monitoring and processing of contract amendments Support in drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors Negotiation and conclusion of joint venture agreements

Your profile:

Completed law studies (two state examinations with above-average results) or an internationally comparable degree Several years of professional experience in the relevant field Proven practical experience in complex national and international projects Ability to find legal solutions that are sound, resilient and at the same time pragmatic Confident judgement and a deft manner as well as the ability to present complex issues in a precise and comprehensible manner and to identify alternative courses of action Fluency in written and spoken English with practical experience and willingness to travel
