Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in Schlüsselbereichen der IT-Sicherheit, einschließlich, E-Mail-Sicherheit, Sicherheitsinformations- und Ereignismanagement (SIEM) und Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams durch technische Expertise und Lösungsberatung, um die Sicherheitsbedürfnisse unserer Kunden effektiv zu adressieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsstrategien und -konzepten, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen und Risiken in den Bereichen E-Mail-Sicherheit, SIEM und MDM zugeschnitten sind.
- Durchführung von technischen Analysen und Bewertungen zur Identifizierung von Sicherheitsrisiken sowie Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
- Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen, Workshops und Schulungen, um das Bewusstsein und Verständnis für die Bedeutung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen zu fördern.
- Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Techniken zur Überwachung, Analyse und Sicherung von IT-Infrastrukturen.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation .
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Mail Security, SIEM-Lösungen und MDM wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit und -protokollen, Sicherheit von Betriebssystemen (insbesondere Windows und Linux/Unix), sowie ein Verständnis für Web- und E-Mail-Technologien.
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit, Betriebssystemen und Webtechnologien sowie ein Verständnis für die Prinzipien der Kryptographie und Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI).
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sowohl im direkten Kundenkontakt als auch bei der Vermittlung komplexer technischer Inhalte.
- Unternehmerisches Denken, starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit.
