IT Support Specialist – Production Facility

Die Herausforderung
Bereitstellung von First-Level-IT-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden der Produktionsstätte Hausen i.W. Bearbeitung, Verwaltung und Priorisierung von Tickets über das IT-Helpdesk Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams anderer Auto-Kabel Standorte Aufnahme und Weitergabe von IT-Anforderungen aus Projekten in Absprache mit dem zentralen IT-Team Verkabelung und Setup neuer Computer, ggf. auch Maschinen in der Produktionsumgebung Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware (PCs, Peripheriegeräte, Touchpanels) Basissupport für unser AK MES-System vor Ort (Installation, Verkabelung, Fehlerdiagnose) Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten sowie Drucksupport via XPERTDie Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrungen im IT-Service, Helpdesk oder IT-Anwendungssupport Know-how im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Basis-IT-Support Tools Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Bereichen wie Windows, MS Office, Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Drucker), Touchpanels und Handscanner Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken (Verkabelung, IP-Adressierung, Routing, VPN, Firewalls) Erste Erfahrungen mit MES-Systemen und Maschinenanbindungen Hohe Serviceorientierung, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und eigenständiges Arbeiten Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B1-Niveau für effektive Kommunikation mit Team und MitarbeitendenDas Angebot:
