Was auf Dich zukommt:

Als Teil eines Teams von lokalen und internationalen Project Managern planst, strukturierst und wickelst du Projekte eigenständig ab. Dabei koordinierst du nicht nur projektbezogene Tätigkeiten (Grafik, Redaktion, Webentwicklung, Übersetzung etc.) und externe Dienstleistender (Druckereien, Fotograf:innen, freie Mitarbeiter:innen), sondern steuerst auch komplexe, integrierte Kampagnen (Social Media, Web, Print, etc.) und stellst den reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher. Du bist leidenschaftlicher Project Manager mit großer Affinität zu Projektkoordination, Prozesstrukturen und Qualitätsmanagement. Du unterstützt als Schnittstille ein crossfunktionales Team auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene in enger Abstimmung mit deinem Senior Project Manager. Du führst Projekte eines großen HealthCare Etats strukturiert und eigenständig und bringst eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein. Du erstellst Projektpläne in gängigen Project Management Tools sowie Kund:innen-Briefings. Du erstellst und überwachst Kostenvoranschläge in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Units und Finance Managern und koordinierst das Einholen der Freigaben. Budget-/Forecastplanung und Controlling sind ein fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeit ebenso wie die Ressourcenplanung und das Projektreporting.

Was Du mitbringst:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung  Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im klassischen und/oder digitalen Agenturumfeld mit Fokus auf HealthCare (OTC, RX, Medizinprodukte) Fähigkeit zu strategischem und konzeptionellem Denken Kalkulations- und Budgetsicherheit sowie ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis Organisationgeschick mit Liebe zum Detail Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
