Your tasks

Lead Program Iteration process, defining Project Objectives and ensuring alignment Evaluate Project impacts, provide recommendations, and deputize for the Head of Functions Consult on technical decisions, considering Program implications, risks, and impact on schedule or cost Translate Project Objectives into achievable Sprint Deliverables, managing through Project Managers Own and deliver the schedule, emphasizing interdependencies and deliverables to other teams Develop an integrated plan for engineering methods, processes, and tools supporting Program delivery

Your profile

University degree in a technical field or equivalent aerospace/automotive experience 5-8 years proven project management, ideally in complex aerospace environments Experience in aircraft development programs, especially E-VTOL, and familiarity with M&P standards Strong understanding of Project Management fundamentals, risk management, estimation, and budgeting Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders Proficiency in JIRA or ideally Deltek; familiarity with both predictive and Agile Project Management methodologies
