Product Manager Private Label

Aufgabengebiet:
  • Selbstständige Betreuung unserer Einzelhandelskunden im Segment Private Label mit dem Fokus auf den Produktgruppen Konfitüren, Fruchtaufstriche und süßen Cremes
  • Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Private-Label-Konzepten und Produkten sowie laufende Optimierung der Produktgruppen unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen sowie kundenseitigen Anforderungen 
  • Übernahme der Projektleitung im Rahmen der prozessgemäßen Produktentwicklung, inklusive der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen und Timings 
  • Laufende Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes
  • Briefing externer Marketing-Agenturen hinsichtlich Verpackungslayout und Claims
  • Abstimmung, Freigabe sowie Versand von Druckunterlagen
  • Koordination der termingerechten Übertragung der Rezeptur- und Packmittelentwicklung an unseren Produktionsbereich
  • Erstellung von Produkt- und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Bearbeitung von Artikelpässen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams im Sales Support sowie im Key Account Management

 

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing/Vertrieb oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in einem Unternehmen der Konsumgüter- oder Lebensmittelindustrie oder im Handel, idealerweise im Segment Private Label
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Steuerung von fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Freude an der laufenden Weiterentwicklung des Marktes für FMCG sowie ein Gespür für Trends und neue Anforderungen des Einzelhandels sowie der Konsumenten
  • Versierter Umgang mit Marktforschungs- & Analysetools
  • Strukturierte sowie ergebnis-, service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen verbunden mit guter Anpassungsfähigkeit an abwechslungsreiche Aufgabenfelder
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
