Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Leitung von internationalen und fachbereichsübergreifenden Entwicklungs- und CIP - Projekten der Produktlinie Bonding Systems Fachliche Führung der Projektteams und Koordination der Zusammenarbeit der internen und externen Schnittstellen Definition von Projektplänen sowie laufende Überwachung der gesetzten Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele Einleitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen bei Planabweichungen zur Einhaltung der gesetzten Projektziele Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Qualitäts-, Termin- und Kostenziele der Entwicklungsprojekte Erstellen und präsentieren der regelmäßigen Projekt Reportings Aktive Mitgestaltung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte, Prozesse sowie des Projektmanagements

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung und entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von internationalen und interdisziplinären Projektteams, vorzugsweise im Bereich Halbleiterindustrie/Sondermaschinenbau Teamplayer:in mit einer systematischen Denk- und Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg, gepaart mit dem persönlichen Engagement, um Veränderungen und Verbesserungen voranzutreiben Zertifizierter Abschluss als Projektmanager von Vorteil (IPMA) Technische Affinität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe komplexer Zusammenhänge Kenntnisse und routinierter Umgang mit SAP sowie MS Project sind von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen und interkulturelle Kompetenz
