Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als (Senior) Technical Project Manager für den Standort Berlin

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Technische und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten Planung und operative Durchführung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten Beschreibung von Projektanforderungen und Projektzielen sowie Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern Dokumentation und zielgruppenspezifisches Reporting Festlegung des technischen Vorgehens in enger Abstimmung mit dem/den Architekten Ermittlung, Verfolgung und Bearbeitung von Projektrisiken Abstimmung und Koordination externer Lieferanten und Projektpartner sowie interner Leistungserbringer

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, alternativ eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufspraxis Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in IT-Projekten im behördlichen Umfeld bzw. in der Digitalisierung der Verwaltung Routine in den gängigen Arbeitsverfahren der Softwareentwicklung Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und im agilen Entwicklungsprozess Technisches Verständnis für die Analyse und Bewertung von Technologien und Methoden Wirtschaftliche und unternehmerische Handlungsweise sowie Kundenorientierung Kommunikationskompetenz mit hohem Empathievermögen sowie zuverlässige, eigenständige, methodische Arbeitsweise und hohe Selbstmotivation
