Worin Sie sich verwirklichen können:

Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Strategieprozesse mit dem Team, sowie Stärkung in der Implementierung der Unternehmensstrategie Sie initiieren, konzeptionieren und steuern bereichsübergreifende Projekte auf Konzern- und Gesellschaftsebene, insbesondere in den Bereichen Strategie, Organisation und Effizienz Durch Ihre Initiative helfen Sie der Unternehmensgruppe innovativer und besser zu werden Sie führen interne und externe Analysen (z. B. Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen) durch Sie planen und moderieren Workshops und Meetings auf Top-Management-Ebene Sie entwickeln Projekte z.B. in den Bereichen: ESG-Strategie, Digitalisierung, Finance & Change Management Sie erstellen Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationsunterlagen und andere Dokumentationen in deutscher & englischer Sprache Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

Sie haben erfolgreich ein Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, oder eines vergleichbaren Schwerpunkts abgeschlossen Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus den Bereichen Unternehmensentwicklung, Strategie- / Managementberatung, oder Projektmanagement mit Sie arbeiten gerne bereichsübergreifend mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Teams zusammen und bringen eine hohe fachliche Führungskompetenz mit Sie sprechen verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit in einem motivierten Team und bringen eine hohe Motivation mit Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich
