To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible. 

This is what your day looks like: 

Responsibility for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors, the public areas of the hotel and the outdoor facilities. Checking the rooms and public areas after cleaning, taking into account compliance with our high quality standards Assisting the housekeeping management in managing the daily activities  Coordinate room cleaning tasks and scheduling Liaison person to coordinate the work of housekeeping, technical, front office and laundry departments  Document and resolve dissenting room issues with the front desk  Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments  Provide information on available rooms that are ready for guest use

What we want from you: 

Several years of experience in housekeeping  Ideally experience with Opera A keen eye for detail  Expert knowledge and handling of cleaning products  A high level of commitment, a team-oriented approach to work and a strong service ethic Friendly, courteous manner Good knowledge of German and English
