Dein Aufgabengebiet:

Du bist im technischen Vertriebs-Innendienst der Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (f/m/d) und Vertriebsmitarbeiter (f/m/d). Du verantwortest die Auslegung unserer Produkte für Kundenanwendungen im Bereich der biotechnologischen Prozessindustrie. Auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen erstellst Du Kalkulationen und Angebote. Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu den angrenzenden Abteilungen im Unternehmen, wie Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung und Montage. Im Rahmen des After-Sales-Service löst Du in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklungsingenieuren (f/m/d) eventuell auftretende technische Probleme. Du unterstützt das Qualitäts-Team bei der Analyse und Beantwortung von technischen Fragenstellungen, die beim Einsatz unserer Produkte auftreten. Gelegentlich repräsentierst Du Unternehmen und Produkte auf Messen. Produktschulungen für Kunden gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.


Dein Profil:

Du hast ein technisches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen; bevorzugte Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau oder Verfahrenstechnik. Du verfügst über zwei bis fünf Jahre Praxiserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet. Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau, in Prozessindustrie oder Pumpenindustrie sind ein Plus. Die gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen beherrschst Du. Du hast bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet und bist fähig, Dich zügig in neue PC-Anwendungen einzuarbeiten. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du fließend in Wort und Schrift.
