In the HR Methods team, we work closely with the other locations. Your future colleagues will be based both locally in Bremen and at other locations. As a team, we are currently being built up and offer many opportunities for you to help shape and contribute your ideas. Our team is the product owner of two applications to support employees in production and administration. Here we work on the further development of our IT products on a daily basis.
As an HR intern at Mercedes-Benz, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about digitizing processes and implementing best practices. You will have the opportunity to turn your theoretical knowledge into practical experience and help shape the digital transformation in a leading global company.

Your tasks:
Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of digitization projects in the HR area Collaboration in the optimization and standardization of HR processes through the use of digital tools and methods Active participation in project meetings and workshops Creating presentations and reports to document the progress of the project Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects Supporting the team in day-to-day business and administrative tasks Helping to set up and develop new team structures Qualifikationen Degree in economics or information technology, engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study with a focus on digitization or project management Initial practical experience in project management is an advantage Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI desirable Business fluent in written and spoken German and English High affinity for digital media and technologies Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working Ability to work in a team, commitment and initiativeWe offer:
