Für unsere Standortesuchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Lean / BPE Engineers (m/w/d).
DEINE AUFGABEN
In deiner neuen Funktion berichtest du an den Manager Business Process Excellence Germany (BPE) und agierst als Ansprechpartner für die zuständigen Bereichsverantwortlichen bezüglich der Analyse, Planung und Optimierung der logistischen Prozesse, insbesondere durch:
Analyse definierter Standorte in Bezug auf die Ausschöpfung wirtschaftlicher Potentiale in Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung und dem operativen Team Analyse von Abrechnungsmodalitäten, Kostenstruktur, Materialfluss und Produktionsleistungen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten Untersuchung der Logistikprozesse auf Ineffizienzen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Prozessingenieur Abgleich tatsächlicher logistischer Strukturdaten mit den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen.Analyse der operativen Umsetzung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen
Ausarbeitung von Vorschlägen (operativ, kaufmännisch, organisatorisch) zur Verbesserung der Profitabilität des Standortes. Abstimmung vorgeschlagener Massnahmen mit der Standortleitung. Unterstützung bei der Verabschiedung des Massnahmenplans Enge Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden und internationalen Abteilungen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer BPE Community innerhalb des Sektors zur Gewährleistung eines aktiven Austausches von Best-Practices-Modellen & Innovationen Kulturelle Veränderungen maßgeblich mitgestalten – Umsetzung von faktenbasierten Entscheidungen Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer BPE-Community innerhalb CEVA Germany zur Gewährleistung eines aktiven Austausches von Best Practice; Intensiver Austausch mit anderen StandortenDEIN PROFIL
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik/Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche, bevorzugt in der Kontraktlogistik Erfahrungen im Lean Management und Projektkoordination Erfahrungen in der Prozessplanung und -optimierung (Lean) Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Entwicklungs- bzw. Programmierkenntnisse und generelle Affinität für IT-Anwendungen sind gewünscht) Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Führerschein der Klasse B Hohes Maß an selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten und hohe analytische Kompetenz Kreativität und Belastbarkeit Teamorientierung, Flexibilität, Engagement und EigeninitiativeWIR BIETEN
