Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Plant Controller - Werkscontrolling (w/m/d).
Verantwortlichkeiten
Erstellung der jährlichen Anlagenbudgets inklusive Bereitstellung von regelmäßigem Feedback zur aktuellen Leistung des Budgets und Ableitung von Maßnahmen
Koordination der jährlichen Neuberechnung von Anlagenstandardkosten sowie die Variationsberichterstattung, einschließlich der Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Bereitstellung genauer und zeitnaher Finanzdaten (z. B. Margenanalyse, Projekte zur Margenverbesserung, Bestandsverwaltung und Ausgabenkontrolle) für das Werk in Saalfeld und einzelner Abteilungen
Evaluation und Bewertung Kapitalausgaben und CPA/CPJ-Begründungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Werksfunktionen, zur Analyse und Unterstützung von Investitionen und neuer Geschäftsinitiativen
Bereitstellung von Überblicken über alle anlagenbezogenen GAAP-, SOX- und Baxter-Richtlinienanforderungen
Projektplanung, -vorbereitung und-überwachung
Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
Mindestens abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss, vorzugsweiße mit MBA
Langjährige Berufserfahrung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Kosten und Budgetierung inklusive Nachweis wichtiger Finanzkompetenzen und -qualifikationen
Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Standardkostenrechnung, Budgetmanagement sowie Kapitalanalyse und -kontrolle sind von Vorteil
Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen (SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, SAP Analysis for Office)
Effektive Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen der Organisation sowohl in formellen als auch in informellen Umgebungen
Durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit der Stärke auch indirekte Berichtslinien aufrechtzuerhalten
Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten mit der Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung von Business Cases durch die Analyse und Nutzung von Best Practices
Arbeit mit Lean-Konzepten und -Tools sowie im Change Management sind wünschenswert
Erfahrung in einer globalen, vielfältigen und schnell veränderlichen Matrixorganisation sind hilfreich
