Als Lead wirst du:
Deine Expertise im Bereich des exklusiven Kundenservices und Produktwissens nutzen, um eine besondere Brand Experience für unsere Käufer zu schaffen. Die Mitarbeiter in deinem Bereich koordinieren, coachen und motivieren sowie für eine ausgezeichnete Arbeitsatmosphäre sorgen. Das Management des täglichen Geschäfts in deinem Bereich unterstützen, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen (inkl. Digitalservices, Visual Merchandising, Verkaufsfläche, Werbekampagnen). Probleme erkennen und passende Lösungen gemeinsam mit deinem Store Leadership Team kreieren. Sicherstellen, dass alle Standards und Guidelines von NIKE eingehalten werden. Ein Brand Ambassador für NIKE Initiativen sein.Um genau zu sein, besteht unsere Store Struktur aus den folgenden 3 Lead Rollen:
COMMERCIAL
Ein Team unterstützen, dass von der Warenannahme über Inventurgenauigkeit bis hin zu visuellen Präsentationsstandards effizient arbeitet. Einen reibungslosen Door-to-Floor Prozess für alle Produkte sicherstellen, um zu garantieren, dass die Verkaufsfläche immer gefüllt und vorzeigbar ist und die Markenstandards erfüllt werden. Gemeinsam mit dem Abteilungsleiter arbeiten, welcher die einzelnen Komponenten überblickt (Warenannahme und -präsentation), während du für das Visual Merchandising zuständig bist. Für die Implementierung monatlicher NIKE Initiativen verantwortlich sein und regelmäßiges Feedback geben. Gemeinsam mit deinem Coach Reportingtools nutzen, um die besten Entscheidungen unter kommerziellem Aspekt zu treffen. Als Beispiel vorangehen, um genaue Inventurzahlen zu erreichen und digitale Anforderungen zu erfüllen.ATHLETE EXPERIENCE
Sicherstellen, dass das Team bestmöglich ausgestattet ist, um eine qualitativ hochwertige Athlete Experience zu gewährleisten (Purpose). Mit deinem Coach zusammenarbeiten, um das Team Engagement bei NIKE Community Ambassador Aktivitäten zu planen. Mit deinem Store Leadership Team zusammenarbeiten, wobei du in Einstellungsprozessen und dem Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter involviert bist. Mit deinem Store Coach zusammenarbeiten, um Arbeitspläne unter Berücksichtigung von Verfügbarkeiten, Einsatzbereichen und Postings zu erstellen. Gemeinsam mit dem Store Team arbeiten, um eine positive NIKE Kultur zu implementieren und zu pflegen.CONSUMER EXPERIENCE
Als Beispiel vorangehen, um einen ausgezeichneten Service auf der Verkaufsfläche zu garantieren und die Reise des Konsumenten (Consumer Journey) zum Leben zu erwecken. Die Ressourcen bereitstellen, damit das Team Kenntnisse über die Marke NIKE sowie über Consumer Service und Digitalservices erhält. Spezifische Trainings absolvieren und das Wissen zu Athlete Services weitergeben. Daten und Analysen nutzen, um tiefere Einblicke zu gewinnen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Leadership Team kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu erreichen.Was du bekommst:
