This is what we need you for

Design of innovative toys and games for an international market environment in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Presentation of concepts via sketches, 2D elevations and 3D renderings, mock-ups and prototypes Product development from idea level, concept development, testing to production Communication of product specifications, working with a design-to-cost approach In-depth research, trend scouting and market analysis in close collaboration with internal and external teams

This is what you can score highly with

Degree in industrial/product design, at least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment Strong visualization/ sketching skills, experience in CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite Experience and understanding of different manufacturing processes, ideally related to plastic, paper and wood Strong innovative mindset, affinity to target group “children” and a passion for toys Capability to work independently and within a team environment, very good English skills
