TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Stuttgart as Regulatory Compliance Manager (all genders) to shape the future of work


Tasks:

  • Development of new structures and processes for compliance with and application of product, environmental and market law requirements for our products (e.g. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), EU Green Deal)
  • Responsibility for projects with cross-functional teams to minimise risks and ensure compliance with the relevant regulations
  • Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities and development of proposed solutions in coordination with our Product Compliance Manager and Legal Counsel
  • Initiating continuous improvement of existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions for the relevant departments and providing corresponding guidelines and checklists.
  • Supporting the definition and determination of necessary product and supplier-related data along the product life cycle in coordination with Product Management, Procurement and Product Masterdata Management
  • Planning, preparation and participation in relevant audits by external inspection bodies and authorities
  • Interface to external service providers
  • Management/support of communication (registration/reporting) with authorities/regulatory authorities/service providers

Profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering, environmental management, business administration or comparable training
  • Initial practical experience in the planning, coordination, analysis and optimisation of processes and management of corresponding projects in the compliance/quality management environment
  • Experience with compliance with European environmental and product regulations, with a focus on relevant regulations in B2B trade (industrial goods/non-food)
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanour when presenting and moderating larger groups and workshops at all hierarchical levels
  • Passion for sustainability and assertiveness to drive the organisation on these topics
  • A high level of analytical and organisational competence to understand and implement complex regulatory requirements
    Interest in and willingness to learn about the implementation of directives (RL) and regulations (VO)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
