Als eines der erfolgreichsten und innovativsten Personaldienstleistungsunternehmen in Deutschland suchen wir ab sofort für unseren renommierten Kunden aus der Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche in Bremen einen engagierten Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

Die Abteilung Production Engineering ist verantwortlich für die Produktionsentwicklung und Industrialisierung sowie die Arbeitsvorbereitung aller Produktionsprojekte im Bereich ziviler Trägerraketensysteme, Raumfahrzeuge und den dazugehörigen Komponenten am Bremer Standort.

  • Beschreibung der Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration & Test Prozesse in Fertigungsaufträgen und Standard Operation Instructions (SOIs)

  • Erstellen, Überarbeiten und Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen mit Vorgängen und Planzeiten. Materialstammpflege und Stücklistenbearbeitung aus Sicht der Produktion

  • Festlegung der benötigten Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Process Engineering

  • Technische Unterlagen und konstruktive Vorgaben auf optimale Umsetzbarkeit prüfen und ggf. Änderungen einsteuern und begleiten

  • Bearbeitung der Manufacturing Bill of Materials

  • Visualisierung der Arbeitsschritte per CAD

  • Shop-Floor-Support, um Prozess-Fähigkeiten zu erlangen

  • Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Analysen der Prozesszeiten

  • Optimierung der Prozesse und Abläufe

  • Einführung und Umsetzung von Änderungen aus dem Engineering und der Integration

  • Termingerechte Abarbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen

  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen und Fachbereichen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Maschinenbauingenieur oder Studium im Bereich der Produktionsplanung

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder einer ähnlichen Position

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP R3 und TeamCenter

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CATIA
