Wir suchen nach analytisch starken, engagierten und motivierten Leuten, die Teil unseres Category Management Teams in Berlin werden möchten. Wir sind intern und extern verantwortlich für alle Produktkategorien, die wir in Deutschland anbieten. Wir helfen unseren globalen Lieferanten, ihr Geschäft mit Wayfair auszubauen, und arbeiten mit internen Partnern zusammen, um unsere Strategie umzusetzen. Die ausgeschriebene Rolle wird einen wesentlichen Teil unseres europäischen Geschäfts verantworten.

Wir sind stolz darauf, unsere Lieferanten, die Kategorie und die Branche im Detail zu verstehen und konzentrieren uns hauptsächlich auf Wachstums-Initiativen. In diesem Job wirst du Experte für dein eigenes Portfolio und wirst eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammenarbeiten.

Was Du Machen Wirst

  • Du verantwortest die P&L einer wichtigen Produktkategorie und bist für die Positionierung und  Business Development der Kategorie im Markt zuständig.
  • Du leitest Dein  eigenes Team von Account Managern: von Performance Management bis Team Development und Planung
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team, trägst Du Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von Lieferanten und treibst deren Entwicklung voran. Du sitzt daher mitten in der kommerziellen Steuerung von Wayfair und trägst damit maßgeblich zum Erfolg bei
  • Du legst strategische Ziele fest, verhandelst Geschäftsbedingungen, führst die Umsetzung von Initiativen an und du überwachst regelmäßig die Performance, um profitables Wachstum zu generieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams bei Wayfair zusammen und findest Möglichkeiten, um Verbesserungen in deinem Geschäftsbereich voranzutreiben, sei es in Operations, Merchandising oder Marketing.
  • Du und baust langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf (auf CEO- und Eigentümerebene), entickelst Strategien für die Partnerschaft, Verhandelst Konditionen wie Sortiment, Preise , Werbeaktionen und logistische Bedingungen.
  • Du besuchst Fachmessen und wichtige Lieferanten (2-5 Mal im Jahr).

Was Du Mitbringen Solltest

  • Für diese Rolle sind fließende Polnisch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie B2-Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch erforderlich
  • Die Fähigkeit erfolgreiche l Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv mit internen und externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Analytisches Denken und umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Daten, um Chancen zu identifizieren und effektive Initiativen abzuleiten
  • Starkes strategisches Denken und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und darin Prioritäten zu setzen und Aufgaben im Team zu delegieren
  • Belegbare Erfahrung im E-Commerce, in der Unternehmensberatung, im Handel oder in einer ähnlichen Branche (mindestens 7 Jahre)
