Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich: 

Du wirkst an der Betreuung und Umsetzung verschiedener Formate der internen Unternehmenskommunikation mit, z.B. Town Halls, Podcast, Intranet, Mitarbeitermagazin Du entwickelst ganzheitliche Kommunikationskonzepte und setzt diese eigenständig um Du bist Ansprechpartner:in und Story-Teller:in für verschiedene Abteilungen. In Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams sorgst du für Konsistenz in den Botschaften und bringst sie in Einklang mit den Werten und Zielen des Unternehmens Du verfasst und überarbeitest Kommunikationsmaterialien wie Intranetbeiträge, E-Mails, Präsentationen oder Newsletter Du führst täglich eigenständiges Projektmanagement durch Du analysierst Kommunikationskennzahlen und passt die Pläne entsprechend an

AnforderungenAnforderungen

Um für deinen Weg gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, Marketing, Journalismus oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse, sowie 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem der obengenannten oder verwandten Bereichen  Leidenschaft für Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte in einfache und klar strukturierte Botschaften zu übersetzen Expertise im Bereich der Unternehmenskommunikation und erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikationskonzepten sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Programmen (PPT, Word, Excel), Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Cloud willkommen Kenntnisse über Branchentrends und bewährte Verfahten in der (internen) Kommunikation Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Struktur, sowie Kreativität aus
