Ihre Verantwortung

Sie sind Teil eines interdisziplinären, agil arbeitenden Projektteams und begleiten neue Produkte für die minimalinvasive Chirurgie von der Produktidee bis zum Serienanlauf  Sie entwickeln und optimieren komplexe Konstruktionen in 3D-CAD Software mit dem Fokus auf Fertigbarkeit (Design for Manufacturing) und Zuverlässigkeit Sie validieren die Machbarkeit von Fertigung und Montage bzw. des fertigungsgerechten Designs  Sie erarbeiten effiziente Fertigungsprozesse für Produkte mit hoher Stückzahl Sie übernehmen die fachliche Verantwortung für den gesamten Konstruktions- & Fertigungsprozess sowohl entwicklungsintern als auch organisationsübergreifend in Bereiche wie Fertigung/Produktion Sie erarbeiten Lösungen in interdisziplinären Teams sowie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungs- und Fertigungspartnern Sie planen und spezifizieren Betriebsmittel sowie Prüfstände und nehmen diese anschließend ab

Ihre Qualifikationen

Sie haben Ihr Studium der Ingenieur- oder Naturwissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen Sie bringen bereits langjährige Konstruktionserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Bereich der Medizintechnik Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in den gängigen Fertigungsverfahren, insbesondere in der Kunststoffverarbeitung  Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit 3D-CAD Konstruktionssoftware (vorzugsweise Solid Works) und haben idealerweise bereits mit PLM-Systemen gearbeitet Sie sind versiert im Einsatz von Methoden wie u.a. Design for Manufacturing etc. Sie zeichnet Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten aus
