Job description
Doctolib is looking for a workplace IT engineer in charge of deploying IT equipment in new offices and ensuring service on existing offices.
You operate in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands, implementing the best-in-class solutions and tools to the business teams within the company in order to provide an incredible service to all Doctolibers
Reporting to the IT “Communication and Collaboration” squad leader, you will work in the IT Squad and transversally with all Doctolib business teams, as well as in close collaboration with IT Operations and workplace team. You lead by example with a 'hands-on' attitude and information sharing with your peers.
Responsibilities
The team is working on 3 streams: workplace, collaboration tools, and device management. You will work mainly on workplace topics, but also on the 2 other streams.
You will deliver projects from A to Z. You will define the target and how to reach it, test and implement technical solutions, communicate, document ; and, last but not least, ensure move to runYou will make sure that operations run with high quality. “You Build It, You Run It”As the squad belongs to the platform domain (grouping 3 squads), you might be participating in other topics: collaboration tools, device management, cloud, identity, automation, etc.
Requirements and skills
You are tech savvy: you must have experience on one or several workplace technologies or similar ones : network (Cisco meraki), meeting rooms (Google meet hardware), digital signage (Appspace), printing (Papercut), etc.You are solution oriented: you can solve complex problems, including troubleshooting Doctoliber issuesYou show ownership for what you have delivered and what the squad is responsible forYou are fluent in written and spoken English, with basic level of German Nice to have You are familiar with the Agile / SCRUM framework and rituals (sprint planning, stand up meetings, sprint grooming, etc.)You have experience on the security part: IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, Oauth2, Open idYou have a cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.) Fluent in GermanDisclaimer:
