Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Teamassistent:in Tender Management / Marktanalyse (w/m/d) für die TRANSA Spedition GmbH am Standort Offenbach. Deine Aufgaben: Du unterstützt alle im Prozess beteiligten Kolleg:innen in der Vorbereitung, Aufbereitung und Nachbearbeitung der Tender Rund um unsere Tender bist du für die Ausschreibungsplattformen unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen und Zeitleisten verantwortlich Hinter den Kulissen hast du alles im Blick und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten unter Berücksichtigung der operativen Rahmenbedingungen Die Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulations - sowie Verkaufstools runden dein Profil ab Dein Profil: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und hast idealerweise schon Berufserfahrung in der Speditionsbranche sammeln können Der fundierte Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, im speziellen MS Excel, zählt zu deinen Stärken. Idealerweise kennst du dich im Bereich Pivot, S-Verweis und Verkettungen aus Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift und überzeugst durch ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten Die Fähigkeit zum unabhängigen Arbeiten und Analysieren, Teamfähigkeit sowie Genauigkeit runden dein Profil ab-
