Configuration Manager(d/m/w)

Die Abteilung TCDGS5 (Configuration Management) ist international aufgestellt, an den Standorten Friedrichshafen, Ulm und Elancourt und ist für die Abwicklung von Projekten im Connected Intelligence – Defence Umfeld tätig.

Wir sind Teil des Bereiches TCDGS (Ground Support Systems & Services), der für die Entwicklung, Integration und Bereitstellung von bodengestützten mobilen Hardwaresystemen und Service verantwortlich ist, ebenfalls unterstützen wir Software Entwicklungsprogramme und Systemlösungen.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Configuration Management (CM) Aktivitäten in nationalen und internationalen Projekten mit Systemen und Subsystemen (SW/HW) entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus.

  • Erstellung von projektspezifischen CM Plänen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gültigen Prozesse. 

  • Definition und Festlegung von CM Schnittstellen (intern und extern) - Ansprechpartner für Sub-Unternehmen und Kunden in Bezug auf CM-Aspekte, Anforderungen und Änderungskontrolle.

  • Aufrechterhaltung der Integrität von Produkten und Konstruktionszuständen durch  Baselining und Planung sowie Durchführung von Releaseboards und Change Control Boards (CCB).

  • Erstellung und Validierung von Produktkonfigurationen durch To-Build / As-Built Baselines sowie Durchführung entsprechender Audits (FCA/PCA).

  • Definieren, messen und berichten geeigneter KPIs sowohl für das Linienmanagement als auch für die Projekte.

  • Durchführung von Kosten- und Ressourcenplanung, beschreiben von Arbeitspaketen und sicherstellen des Fortschritts onTime-onCost-onQuality.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (BA/HS/TH) der Informatik bzw. Ingenieurwesen oder ähnliche Fachrichtung bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung.

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Configuration Management (HW / SW), vorzugsweise in militärischen Projekten mit dem BAAINBw / NATO.

  • Kenntnisse und mindestens 3 Jahre Anwendung von Tools für das Product Lifecycle Management und Software Configuration Management erforderlich (SAP PLM und/oder Windchill von Vorteil).

  • Strukturierte, selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten Organisationsfähigkeiten.

  • Deutsch und Englisch: Verhandlungssicheres Niveau.

  • Erweiterte Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2) erforderlich.
