YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods Close cooperation with our Incoming Goods and Buying Team as well as with Customer Care and Personal Shopper Team Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods on commission Creating of shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns Processing of credit notes and replacement deliveries

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed relevant commercial education Very good knowledge in English and German, both written and spoken Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence Ability to concentrate, focus and working passionately aa well as loyality
