Innovation in Action:  Du evaluierst, entwickelst und implementierst Druckverfahren für die Herstellung hocheffizienter Solarzellen mit dem Fokus auf Kosteneffizienz und Produktionstauglichkeit 

Innovationsmotor am Werk: Du treibst Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen im Bereich der Metallisierung von Solarzellen voran. Dabei erweiterst du stetig dein Fachwissen und förderst Fortschritt und Wachstum mit einem klaren Blick in die Zukunft 

Innovationsimplementierung:  Du unterstützt unsere Produktionsstandorte weltweit bei der Implementierung von Metallisierungsprozessen. Deine Reisebereitschaft und interkulturelle Kompetenz sind dabei von großem Vorteil 

Technologie-Trendsetter: Als Motor für Innovation treibst du die Entwicklung neuer Ideen voran und stehst im Zentrum für kreative Lösungen, die unsere Unternehmensziele vorantreiben 

Experimentator:in mit Vision: Du entwickelst strategische Pläne, führst kreative Experimente durch und analysierst diese, um Produkte, Prozesse und Anlagen kontinuierlich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln 

Verbindet Leidenschaft mit Know-how - Dein Profil:

Du hast dein Studium der Fachrichtung Physik, Chemie oder Verfahrenstechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen

Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Drucktechnologie oder in der Photovoltaik-Branche 

Dich zeichnet eine zielorientierte, systematische und analytische Arbeitsweise aus 

Deine weiteren Stärken sind Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsfähigkeit

Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office- und Statistikprogrammen 

Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse 

Du bist weltweit reisebereit
