The basis of your success is a university degree in the field of IT or Business Administration or similar You have long-term professional work experience within the IT and finance industry as a project manager You have steered projects with a sophisticated technical architecture with multiple interfaces with a Roll-Out in a multi-country and multi currency set up You have strong expertise in the successful rollout of software products from project initiation until the handover to operations, with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and can manage and influence the implementation scope according to the most pressing needs of the organization You have managed global agreements, budgets over 10Mn €, change requests and on and offboarding of project resources. You have successfully led international project teams and have strong intercultural and stakeholder management skills as well as competence to manage conflict and change You are familiar with financial services products, primarily loan and leasing, and the processes behind these. You are hard-working and curious, and you have a steadfast aim to face new tasks and technologies In addition to your analytical way of thinking, you are outspoken and show a high degree of initiative and team spirit Business proficient English skills round off your profile.
