One of the most modern production facilities in the automotive industry worldwide - the success story of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Rastatt began in 2 with this ambitious description. Today, with around 6, employees, it is the lead plant in the global production network for compact vehicles and thus the largest industrial employer in the region. In future, compact electric vehicles from the EQ product and technology brand will also roll off the production line at the site.

Your tasks in detail:
#Collaboration and orientation
Supporting HR managers with company integration management (BEM) measures, e.g. organizing and coordinating interviews, implementing measures for reintegration after sick leave Assistance in filling vacancies within the plant, e.g. preparation and follow-up as well as participation in personnel selection interviews Assisting with the coordination and implementation of personnel measures (e.g. transfers, warnings, ....) Supporting HR managers during staff appraisals Collaboration in the implementation of disciplinary measures in cooperation with our lawyers#Transformation
Support in the further development of the division with a focus on innovation and digitalization in cooperation with various interfaces Collaboration in exciting HR projects#Culture
Support in the development and implementation of concepts to optimize change and communication processes (e.g. TEAMS, newsletter, etc.) Opportunity to observe (and support if necessary) in all areas of HR work on site, e.g. personnel planning, labor law and labor policy, remuneration, training, etc.) Support for the intern network at the location, e.g. joint activities or welcome events Qualifikationen Degree (in business administration, social sciences, law) or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience, ideally experience in HR work, project experience MS Office skills, initial knowledge of TEAMS an advantage Business fluent in EnglishPersonal skills:
