Für unseren Standort in Frankenthal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technischen Trainingsspezialisten / Trainer (m/w/d) für die Aftermarket Academy Europe.

Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld –

herausfordernd und zukunftsorientiert

Entwicklung und Durchführung von ansprechenden Schulungsprogrammen (in-house, on-site oder remote) für interne Teams mit Schwerpunkt auf technischem Produktwissen, Funktionen und Best Practices.Erstellung und Durchführung von maßgeschneiderten Schulungsmodulen für externe Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass diese ein umfassendes Verständnis für unsere Produkte und deren effektive Nutzung haben.Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktentwicklungsteams, um über die neuesten Funktionen, Aktualisierungen und Branchentrends auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.Kontinuierliche Unterstützung und Hilfestellung für interne Teams und Kunden bei produktbezogenen Fragen und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Lernprozesses.Bewertung der Effektivität von Schulungsprogrammen, Einholung von Feedback und kontinuierliche Verbesserung.Verwalten von kundenspezifischen Angeboten und Aufträgen für Schulungsdienstleistungen und Sicherstellen der Übereinstimmung mit Kundenbedürfnissen und Unternehmensstandards.

Ihre Qualifikationen –
fundiert und adäquat

Hochschulabschluss in einem relevanten Bereich oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung. Falls vorhanden, praktische Erfahrung als Field Service Engineer.Erfahrung als Technischer Produkttrainer, mit einer Erfolgsbilanz bei der Durchführung interner und externer Schulungsprogramme oder gleichwertige BerufserfahrungAußergewöhnliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Inhalte an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen anzupassen.Tiefgreifendes Verständnis unserer Produkte und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte in verständliches Schulungsmaterial umzusetzen.Beherrschung der Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien unter Verwendung verschiedener Tools und Plattformen.Vertrautheit mit E-Learning-Plattformen und -Techniken.Enthusiastisch, wenn es darum geht, über Branchentrends auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben und neues Wissen in Schulungsprogramme einzubauen.Produktkenntnisse: Verdichter- und Dampfturbinenkenntnisse, Instrumentierungstechnik, Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Verfahrenstechnik
