We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will assist in reporting and analyzing marketing data to support data driven decision-making. You will work closely with marketing managers and senior analysts to interpret data related to new market expansion, acquisition strategies, performance marketing, influencer marketing, customer retention, and CRM initiatives.

This is where we need your support:

  • You assist in collecting and organizing marketing data from various sources, including digital campaigns, CRM systems, marketplaces, and customer feedback.
  • You conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in areas like new market expansion, customer acquisition, user experience, and retention efforts.
  • You create clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings from performance and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • You support the maintenance and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • You stay updated on marketing analytics best practices and tools to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
You have the following experience:

  • You are fluent in both spoken and written business English (C1). German is a plus, but not required.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree (e.g. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Economics) or relevant experience in a related field.
  • You have basic knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, GA4, Python, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Hotjar, GitHub, and data pipeline tools)..
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (Github, Cloud functions, Airflow  and other data pipeline tools) is a plus
  • You like to operate in a team environment and have the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and metrics, as well as experience in e-commerce or similar fields, is a plus.
