Die Adam Hall Group ist ein führender Hersteller von Veranstaltungstechnik und bietet innovative Lösungen für professionelle Audio-, Licht-, Bühnen- und Eventtechnik. Als Product/Industrial Designer (m/w/d) bist du Teil des Produktdesign Teams und trägst entscheidend zur Entstehung von Produktideen und Produkten von der ersten Skizze bis in die Serienreife für unsere Audio Marken LD Systems und Palmer bei. Diese Position umfasst einigen Gestaltungsspielraum und erfordert viel Kreativität. Durch deine Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte und durch deinen großen Ideenreichtum gestaltest du maßgeblich das Erscheinungsbild der umsatzstärksten Brands unter Adam Hall.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
Du entwickelst erste Ideen, gestalterische Ansätze und Konzepte zu Produktideen und präsentierst diese dem Projektteam Du erstellst 3D-CAD Modelle deiner Designkonzepte mit Rhino und/oder SolidWorks Du erstellst konstruktive Ansätze und entwickelst zudem Vorgaben zur Materialbeschaffenheit und einer möglichen Herstellung bzw. Umsetzung deiner Konzepte. Du erstellst 2D Zeichnungsableitungen zur weiteren Nutzung beispielsweise in Produktmanuals für Quick-Guides oder zur Erstellung von Designpatents. Du definierst Designspezifikationen im Rahmen von Designrichtlinien und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung der Design-Styleguides mit. Du gestaltest Produktbedruckungen unter Berücksichtigung der Design- und Compliance-Vorgaben. Du bist Vermittler und Ansprechpartner in der Lieferantenkommunikation und betreust Designentwürfe mit den beteiligten Abteilungen und begleitest die Umsetzung bis hin zur Massenproduktion. RequisitosDas bringst du mit:
AUSBILDUNG: Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Produkt- oder Industrie-Designer oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ERFAHRUNG: Du hast bereits mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige, idealerweise branchennahe Erfahrung als Produkt- oder Industrie-Designer gesammelt sowie Verständnis und grundlegende Erfahrung im Bereich User Experience, Interaction Design und bist bekannt mit gängigen Designprozessen. KENNTNISSE: Du verfügst über exzellente 3D-Modellierungskenntnisse in Rhino und/oder SolidWorks auf "Expert Level" sowie in der Erstellung von 3D-CAD-Renderings (z.B. V-Ray). Außerdem verfügst du über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator und anderen gängigen Grafikprogrammen sowie über ein solides Wissen und ein gutes technisches Verständnis der Materialwissenschaft. Du verfügst über sehr gute zeichnerische Fähigkeiten. Sicheres, schnelles und ausdrucksvolles Skizzieren und Visualisieren gehören zu deinem handwerklichen Repertoire. SOFT SKILLS: Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Menschen aus versch. Abteilungen, Fachgebieten und Kulturkreisen. Deine umgängliche und kompetent einfühlsame Persönlichkeit erschließt Dir Wege und Möglichkeiten Dich bei unserer teamorientierten Arbeitsweise einzubringen, zu entwickeln und Ideen umzusetzen.
