Your tasks

Procurement of all goods and services at cost-optimized and competitive conditions (total cost of ownership) in compliance with European purchasing policy and location-specific requirements Independent design, negotiation and awarding of investments and repair orders Independent conclusion of maintenance, leasing and service contracts Contact person for purchasing defined product groups in the technical area Coordination, implementation and active participation in German and Europe-wide purchasing projects Establishing and shaping supplier relationships Identification of potential savings and opportunities for continuous improvement of work processes and their implementation at plant level

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial studies, technical or commercial training or comparable specialist qualification Initial experience in a comparable position desirable Very good negotiating skills and very good communication Good knowledge of contract law Confident handling of MS Office and SAP (R3-HANA) Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills Willingness to travel
