On-site Technical Representative (d/f/m) for Ground Based Air Defence Systems

Diese Position erfordert Bereitschaft für längere Auslandsaufenthalte.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Endkunden vor Ort (international) für längere Zeiträume

  • Koordinierung des erforderlichen technischen Supports an Endbenutzerstandorten (einschließlich Personal, Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen)

  • Leitung und Verwaltung von Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit allen (geplanten) Wartungsarbeiten, Vor-Ort-(Garantie-)Reparaturen und der Erstellung von Angeboten (z. B. Reparaturen außerhalb der Garantie, Nachschub von Ersatzteilen)

  • Pflege des Kundenkontaktes im Rahmen der Projekte

  • Anleitung und Unterstützung der On-Job-Schulung von Endbenutzern vor Ort

  • Unterstützung im internationalen Marketing von Air Defence Systemen und -Komponenten

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Kenntnisse des Beschaffungswesens

  • Kenntnisse der operativen Abläufe

  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Wartung-/Instandsetzung und Softwareinstallation

  • Kenntnisse insbesondere der gesamten bodengebundenen Luftverteidigungsstruktur und deren Systeme

  • militärische und operative Erfahrung im Einsatz von Air Defence Systemen

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- und Produktmanagement

  • Basiswissen Systemengineering
