In order to further strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Last Mile Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • eCommerce Management (Online): Manage the last-mile delivery of online orders placed through eCommerce platforms, ensuring that shipments are timely, cost-effective, and meet customer expectations across Europe.
  • Offline Order Management: Oversee the management and delivery of traditional (offline) orders from distributors, dealers, or warehouses to end customers throughout Europe.
  • Logistics Coordination: Design, improvement and analysis of current conditions to optimize performance and cost efficiency for logistics and career.
  • Cross-functional responsibility: Work closely with the Sourcing Director to ensure smooth coordination. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics for last-mile deliveries, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Your profile

  • Experience in last-mile logistics management, ideally in both online (eCommerce) and offline (traditional) order fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics networks and third-party delivery service providers in Europe.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume deliveries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
  • On-site availability.
