Summary:

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with solid experience at an OEM to analyze how to best enhance financing and repurchasing options; also to support with customer retention and loyalty strategy by growing captive finance penetration in new and used cars.

General Requirements

  • Collect raw data accurately to provide input for management decision-making and KPIs
  • Manage projects of own expertise under little supervision; contribute to broader and more complex company projects
  • Work towards a solution, by identifying root problems, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures

 

Trade Cycle Management (TCM) Data Collection, Analysis and Action Planning  

  • Ensure timely TCM & captive finance monthly data reporting to the European National and Sales Companies (NSCs)
  • Enrich current sales financing data set with new TCM KPIs, roll them out to NSCs 
  • Communicate effectively with NSCs to agree on commercial plans and increase captive finance penetration
  • Develop IT tools that captures competitors TCM offers and secure the tools rollout at NSCs
  • Enhance reporting templates to transform raw data into actionable insights 

 

Trade Cycle Management Training and Digitalization

  • Design a TCM digital roadmap to increase captive finance penetration in new and used cars
  • Prepare TCM & captive finance training roadmap and certification for sales consultants
About you:

 

  • University Degree (Bachelor/MBA, etc)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Financing, preferably within the automotive sphere
  • Ability to effectively manage complex data & KPIs
  • Involved with training and digitalization
  • Contributes to broader and more complex company projects for one’s area of specialties
  • Works towards solution, by identifying root problems, making concrete proposals, and implementing measures or providing inputs for management decisions making
  • Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
