THE ROLE

Vantis verbessert die Gesundheitsversorgung chronisch kranker Menschen mit digitalen Behandlungen und moderner Arztbehandlung vor Ort. Um dies nicht nur zu behaupten, sondern auch zu zeigen, führen wir klinische Untersuchungen und Analysen durch.

Der/die Clinical Research Associate/Managerin (m/f/d) nimmt auf diesem Weg eine Schlüsselrolle ein: Erstens untersuchst Du in klinischen Studien bzw. Anwendungsbeobachtungen den Erfolg unserer Behandlung, zweitens entwickelst Du unseren Behandlungsansatz aktiv weiter. Deine Arbeit verbessert also sowohl die digitalen Vantis Produkte, als auch die vor Ort Behandlung und damit die Gesundheit von vielen Patienten.

Typische Aufgaben:

  • Entwerfe, zusammen mit dem klinischen Team, geeignete klinische Studien
  • Betreue die Studiendurchführung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Prüfzentren: von der Initiierung und Training des Zentrumspersonals bis hin zum Monitoring.
  • Behalte die Rekrutierung, Zentrumsperformance und Qualität ständig im Blick und löse Herausforderungen proaktiv
  • Werte die Daten aus und bringe Deine Erkenntnisse überzeugend auf den Punkt – damit trägst Du Dein Wissen in die Produktentwicklung, das Marketing, zur Zulassung, …
  • Unterstütze unser klinisches Team bei Forschungsanträgen, der Erstellung klinischer Berichte und Literaturrecherchen
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches / medizintechnisches Studium oder die Ausbildung eines medizinischen Heilberufs abgeschlossen (z.B. Krankenschwester, MTA)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung bzw. sowie Vorerfahrung im Umgang mit klinischen Studien nach GCP, z.B. als Researcher, Monitor oder als Study Nurse
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer hands-on Mentalität
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und souveränes Stakeholdermanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
