In your role as a Global Workforce Growth Specialist (m/f/d), you will design and execute on diverse experiments aimed at growing our Rider fleet, as well as building the right data structure to track results and guide prioritization of such experiments.
Job Description- Improving our data structure to track KPIs, analyze the success of tests/projects, and do ad-hoc analyses;
- Developing engaging dashboards and presentations to give visibility and support decision-making and prioritization;
- Designing and executing experiments aimed at increasing the number of riders on our fleet (both acquisition and retention efforts);
- Working with Marketing and Operations to guarantee the supply of riders during peak times.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding work environment (e.g. early-stage startup, consulting, VC);
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once and prioritize effectively;
- Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python, HTML, Javascript) is a big plus;
- You have excellent written and spoken communication in English.
