The role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team and take charge of our multi-brand and multi-platform (Figma, Web, iOS, and Android) design system. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience across all HelloFresh products and brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and evolve our design system, contributing to the consistent and scalable design language that reflects our brand’s values and mission.

What you’ll do

Lead the design and development of the HelloFresh multi-brand, multi-platform design system, ensuring it meets the needs of various products and brands. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create cohesive and scalable design solutions. Advocate for and drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other teams. Conduct regular audits of the design system to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our design processes and systems. Conduct UX reviews of features our customers (designers) built and provide guidelines and best practices on using our design system and general UX rules. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you’ll bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on working with design systems. Strong portfolio showcasing your experience with design systems and your ability to create cohesive and scalable design solutions. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. Solid understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively collaborate with engineers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered design principles. Passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
